These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the FX Capital Trading Hub investment platform, including all services, investment packages, and features accessible through our website. By registering an account or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Definitions

"FX Capital Trading Hub", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to FX Capital Trading Hub Investment Platform, the company operating this website and all associated investment services.

"Investor", "You", "Your" refers to any registered user who creates an account and participates in one or more investment packages offered on the platform.

"Investment Package" refers to any structured plan available on the platform, each carrying a defined minimum deposit, ROI rate, payout schedule, and investment duration as listed on the Packages page.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use the FX Capital Trading Hub platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• Legal Compliance: You confirm that investing through online platforms is permitted under the laws of your country or region of residence.

Each investor may hold one registered account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.

3. Investment Packages & Returns

You agree and acknowledge the following regarding investment packages:

• All packages, ROI rates, and payout schedules are clearly stated at the time of purchase and are binding for the duration of the investment cycle.

• FX Capital Trading Hub does not guarantee profits beyond the stated package ROI. While losses are rare due to our AI risk management systems, no investment is entirely without risk.
• Investors may hold multiple active packages simultaneously. Each package operates independently according to its own terms and cycle duration.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payouts

All financial transactions on the FX Capital Trading Hub platform are governed by the following policies:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are defined per investment package and must be met in full for the plan to activate.
• All deposited funds must be legally obtained. FX Capital Trading Hub reserves the right to request verification of fund sources where required by applicable regulations.
• Deposits are non-refundable once an investment cycle has been activated, except where otherwise stated.

Withdrawals & Payouts:

• Returns are credited to your dashboard wallet per your package payout schedule and may be withdrawn at any time after crediting.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the standard processing timeframe and transferred to your registered payment method on file.
• Investors may also choose to reinvest credited returns into any available package to continue growing their portfolio.

5. Risk Disclosure & Liability

By investing with FX Capital Trading Hub, you acknowledge and accept the following risk disclosures:

• All investments carry an inherent level of risk. While FX Capital Trading Hub's AI risk management systems are designed to minimize losses, past performance does not guarantee future results.
• FX Capital Trading Hub shall not be held liable for losses arising from extraordinary market conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Investors are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with the laws and tax obligations applicable in their country of residence.
